La s\u00e9ance se termine par les techniques respiratoires et\/ou un temps de relaxation ou m\u00e9ditation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le Viniyoga \u00e9labor\u00e9 par T.Krishnamacharya, insiste sur une juste application du yoga \u00e0 chaque personne en tenant compte des sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s individuelles (\u00e2ge, sant\u00e9, constitution, aspirations, etc.) Les principes sont la personnalisation de la pratique, la respiration consciente et sa synchronisation sur les mouvements, les points d\u2019attention, l\u2019alchimie de la fermet\u00e9 et du l\u00e2cher prise\u2026<br>Le Yoga Nidra (yoga du sommeil) est une technique mise au point par Swami Satyananda pour dissoudre les tensions physiques, \u00e9motionnelles et mentales. L\u2019esprit est plac\u00e9 dans un \u00e9tat de relaxation profonde et de semi-\u00e9veil conscient dans lequel il y a la possibilit\u00e9 de l\u00e2cher les tensions profondes et d\u2019aller \u00e0 la rencontre de son \u00eatre profond.<br>\u00a0Le Yin Yoga (postures au sol tenues un certain temps). Ce rel\u00e2chement musculaire \u00e9tire les tissus conjonctifs (ligaments, cartilage, tendons, fascias). Ces deux disciplines maintiennent l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre du Pr\u00e2na (souffle de vie) dans le corps.
